   • Innovative. Inspiring interdisciplinary thinking through STEAM. The approach to learning STEAM is an interdisciplinary method aimed at helping students develop vital transferrable skills and learning across subjects.

   • Integrated. STEAM blends seamlessly with CGA mission. The value of STEAM in education is to help the students to develop academic, social and personal success. Through practical, hands-on problem solving, our students will develop transferrable skills such as creativity, curiosity, resilience, resourcefulness, collaboration and confidence to help prepare students for the real world.

   • Future Focused. STEAM prepares students to work in a field that is poised for growth. Georgetown University conducted a study on job growth and education requirements across the workforce through the year 2020. The study found that almost 5 million jobs will go unfilled because of skills gaps, particularly in the growing fields of healthcare and STEAM.
